Sometimes new guest questions and keywords only become apparent after the Message Package has been set up.
With the 1-Week Follow-Up service, you can send us additional keywords, guest questions, and requested changes for up to 7 days after the Message Package has been completed. We will update the setup as needed during that period.
This service is only available during the first 7 days following completion of the Message Package.
Please note: Requests submitted during weekends will be processed on the next working day that is not a public holiday in Iceland or Thailand.

1–10 rooms: 5.900 ISK.
11–25 rooms: 7.900 ISK.

With a Review Analysis Subscription, your property receives an updated Review Analysis every two months, comparing the latest guest feedback with previous reports.
Each review includes:

• New topics guests are mentioning more frequently
• Most common compliments and complaints
• Suggestions for possible improvements
This service is particularly useful for properties that want to track guest satisfaction and identify trends without spending time reading reviews themselves.
