Do I need to purchase software?
Why do prices vary by number of rooms?
No. We work directly within your existing Booking.com account. There is no need to learn a new system or pay for additional software.
Properties with more rooms typically require more setup work and ongoing maintenance, which is reflected in the pricing.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. If no work has been completed during the current billing period, cancellation can be made without issue.
How does payment work?
Payment is made by invoice, which can be paid through your online banking provider in Iceland or bank transfer for international customers.
Do I need to provide access to Booking.com?
Yes. To make changes on your behalf, Gestaléttir requires the appropriate level of access to your Booking.com account. Access is used only for the agreed work, and you remain in control of which areas we can access.
How long does setup take?
Most projects are completed within 1–3 business days once all necessary information has been received.
Can I purchase more than one service?
Yes. All services can be purchased individually or combined, depending on your property's needs.
What do I need to send to get started?
In most cases, simply send us information about your property and the service you are interested in. If additional information or account access is required, we will guide you through the process.
